We opened our first patisserie in 2012, in the heart of Victoria's historic downtown—it was the beginning of a fantastic, flavour-filled journey!
We opened in Granville Island’s renowned Public Market in 2015, where we are surrounded by many inspiring vendors.
In 2020 we moved from our location in Kitsilano to a brand new workshop with a large kitchen on Granville Island just steps away from the market at Unit #4, 1244 Cartwright St. We're the last unit down the alley!
