Our 15 pack of macarons delivered straight to your door! We add 3 extra macarons to every shipment to ensure your satisfaction (and take into account any possible breakage). 
Upon delivery, take clamshell out of box and place directly in fridge or freezer; for maximum freshness, eat within 3 days in fridge or 1 month in freezer. Take out 15 - 20 minutes before consuming to ensure best texture and flavour. 
We ship once a week on Tuesdays. Priority is recommended when shipping to Eastern Canada or small communities.
Shipping currently only available in Canada. 
We only ship single boxes at a time. If you wish to purchase more than 1 box for shipping, you must add them to your cart and checkout individually as separate sales. You will be charged separate shipping costs.

Where Do You Ship To?
We ship all across Canada, from coast to coast (including Quebec)!
How Long Does Shipping Take?
We ship weekly every Tuesday morning, with an order cut-off at midnight on the Monday before. We always ship express or priority. We recommend choosing priority shipping for the East Coast and smaller rural communities across Canada. Deliveries usually arrive in 1 - 3 days.
Will I Receive A Confirmation For My Shipped Order?
You will receive a confirmation email when you complete your purchase, as well as a fulfillment email when your order is shipped.
Can I Cancel Or Change My Shipping Order?
If you wish to cancel or modify an order, you have until 10:00 AM (PST) on the Monday after you place your order by sending us an email at the following address: marketing@bonmacaronpatisserie.com We won't accept any cancellation by phone.
What Happens If I'm Not Home When My Shipped Delivery Arrives?
Considering the perishable nature of macarons and in order to maintain freshness and quality of the product, someone must be present on the day of the delivery to receive your package. If there is no one at the address indicated, the parcel will be left in front of the door. Keep in mind that you can always have your package shipped to an office/workplace! Bon Macaron will not be held liable if the box is not collected at time of delivery.
